Green Juice

A simple and delicious way to get lots of greens. This juice is refreshing, tart & semi-sweet and filled with vitality.

  • 1 celery stack – end trimmed
  • 1 parsley bunch
  • 3 Lacinato kale leaves
  • 1 fennel
  • 2 inch fresh ginger
  • 3 green apples
  • 1 lemon


  1. Rinse all the produce well.
  2. Currently we are using a Breville juicer with a wide mouth, which means I don’t cut the fruits and vegetables as small. So based on the size of your juicer cut all the vegetables and fruits accordingly.
  3. Turn on your machine and run all the ingredients through the juicer, while using the tamper as needed.
  4. I like to start with celery, then parsley, kale, fennel, ginger, green apple and lastly lemon.
  5. Enjoy right away or refrigerate for up to 4 hours before drinking.
