This easy green juice has become one of our favourite morning routines. It’s refreshing, nutrient-dense and filled with sweet and tart flavours.
I feel the life-force from all the fresh produce as soon as I drink it. I like to the double the quantity to make almost 2 liters for us.

Green Juice
Ingredients
- 1 celery stack – end trimmed
- 1 parsley bunch
- 3 Lacinato kale leaves
- 1 fennel
- 2 inch fresh ginger
- 3 green apples
- 1 lemon
Instructions

Rinse all the produce well.

Currently we are using a Breville juicer with a wide mouth, which means I don’t cut the fruits and vegetables as small. So based on the size of your juicer cut all the vegetables and fruits accordingly.

Turn on your machine and run all the ingredients through the juicer, while using the tamper as needed.

I like to start with celery, then parsley, kale, fennel, ginger, green apple and lastly lemon.

Enjoy right away or refrigerate for up to 4 hours before drinking.
