Power Protein Smoothie
A protein packed smoothie with kale, hemp seeds and a hint of ginger. Takes less than 10 minutes to put together
Prep Time 10 minutes
Servings 2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 cups loosely packed kale - Curley or Lacinato
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 medjool date - pitt removed
- 1 inch fresh ginger
Instructions

In a high speed blender, blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
