With the spring season I’ve been craving more juices in the mornings.
I do have a juicer but sometimes I don’t want to do all the cleaning, and the mess that comes with it, if you know what I mean. 😉
If you don’t have a juicer, no problem! Your blender will do the job.
The combination of the tart apples, ginger, lemon and a hind of parsley in this juice is perfect.

Refreshing Blender-Made Green Juice
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup filtered water
- 2 granny smith apples – cored & sliced*
- 2 cups fully packed with spinach
- 6 celery stacks – chopped
- ½ cup parsley
- 1 inch fresh ginger
- Juice of a lemon
Instructions

Add all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend for one minute.

Put a cheesecloth or a nutmilk bag over a large bowl (I prefer nut milk bag as it is finer), and pour over the mixture and use your hands to squeeze out all the juice through the bag.

Transfer the green juice into a clean mason jar. Enjoy right away or refrigerate for up to a day.
Recipe Notes
* For a sweeter juice you may add more fruits such as pear or pineapple
Yeah, We can easily make different kinds of juice by a blender. Green juice is one of them. Thanks for sharing your idea.
